Program Changes by Dnyanyog Pratisthan

Dnyanyog Pratisthan reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or make changes to programs as necessary, in accordance with prevailing government regulations, and mandates from central and state governments and local health authorities.

Program-Specific Policies

For the following programs offered by Dnyanyog Pratisthan, there may be NO REFUND on cancellation:

• Nivasi Shibir
• Baal Shibir
• Dhyan Shibir
• Dnyanyog Dongar Chadhai Shibir
• Nisargopachar Shibir

If you leave any of these programs for any reason, or in case of a no-show, you will not be eligible for a refund, and this will be considered a cancellation of your registration.

Re-registration or transfer to another program or person for these specific programs is generally not available. Any exceptions will be at the sole discretion of Dnyanyog Pratisthan, without any refund of the original fees.

General Payment & Refund Terms (Applicable to other eligible programs/donations)

While the above-mentioned programs have a strict no-refund policy, for any other programs or online donations where refunds may be applicable (as explicitly stated for that specific program), the following general terms apply:

• Online Payments: If a refund is processed, it will be made by the same mode of payment (e.g., via credit/debit card or bank account transfer) and credited to the respective account.
• Offline Payments (e.g., Cash): Refunds will be made only through NEFT into Indian bank accounts.
• Processing Time: Refunds will typically be processed within 30 days, provided all required documents are in order.
• Online Donations & Magazine Subscriptions: Donations and Subscriptions made online will not be refunded under any circumstances whatsoever.

General Re-Registration Policy (Applicable to other eligible programs)

If you are unable to attend a program (other than the specific programs listed above with a no-refund policy) for which re-registration is explicitly allowed, it may be possible to re-register for the same program or an eligible program at a later date, subject to availability.

• A re-registration fee (e.g., 15% of the program fee) and any difference in the program fee may be applicable.
• Re-registration options can typically be opted for only once.
• Specific re-registration windows (e.g., within 180 days from the original program date) may apply.

Right to Revise Terms

We reserve the right to revise the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion.
