Sense of Responsibility

The sense of responsibility cannot be taught;

it must be in your very blood.

When your heart truly feels, “This is mine,”

only then does a deep sense of responsibility arise within you.

This awareness naturally pushes you to take action.

And when you act, you feel joy—not to show others,

but because you cannot imagine yourself without action.

As a result, you naturally engage in meaningful work.

People begin to trust you.

You earn authority and respect.

But if this sense is missing, you remain just a worker.

You do tasks only because someone told you to,

and that work lacks true quality—because your soul isn’t in it.

Such people remain mere employees.

The only difference between great personalities and ordinary people

is this deep sense of responsibility.
