Negative People in Life – A Heartfelt Truth

A bitter gourd will always be bitter,

even if you take it to the holiest places.

Some people are exactly like that.

No matter how much love, care or honesty you give them,

they never change their suspicious nature,

their stubborn behaviour,

or their ungrateful heart.

They can never really see

how much you do for them,

how much you care,

or how deeply you hold them in your heart.

They say they love you…

but they never trust you fully.

That half-love, half-doubt

hurts more than open hatred.

It is best to stay away from such people.

And if you cannot distance yourself,

then at least protect your heart

don’t let their words enter your mind.

Keep yourself busy.

Keep your energy centered.

Because no matter how happy or peaceful you are,

the moment you come close to them,

their negativity touches you like a shadow

and your whole mood collapses.

Real love means understanding each other,

speaking gently,

acting in a way that keeps the other person happy.

But these people never learn that.

They only think, “What do I get?”

Their world begins and ends with themselves.

They say “I love you,”

but they don’t even know what love truly means.

And the biggest pain is

it hurts only the one who loves truly.

The one who never cheated,

never doubted,

never wished anything bad.

Yet the poison in their mind

gets thrown on your heart.

You forgive them again and again.

Every time they promise,

“I won’t behave like this anymore.”

But the moment they get a chance,

they speak something harsh,

something hurtful,

and create a storm inside you.

For them, ego is bigger than love.

Doubt is stronger than trust.

Fear controls their heart more than affection.

And we suffer because

our love was pure…

our intentions were clean…

and our heart was honest.

In such moments,

the only medicine for the mind is—

remember God,

pray,

keep yourself calm,

listen to satsang,

and ask God to give them wisdom.

Because truly…

what else can we do?

What do you feel about this?
